Abomey-Calavi University is one the four national universities in Benin. The Faculty of Agronomic Sciences (FSA) is one component of this university. It is an institution promoting and performing research, vocational training and professional development and supporting development in the field of agriculture and food science.

FSA aims at improving the living conditions of rural people and preventing malnutrition.
